Wendy Hall
Dr. Wendy Hall is a Professor in the UBC School of Nursing. She received her Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Manitoba (1974), her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of British Columbia (1986), and her PhD in 1999 from the University of Manchester. Dr. Hall has taught in the undergraduate and graduate programs at UBC for over 20 years. Dr. Hall is one of the Directors on the Collaboration for Maternal and Newborn Health, which is an interdisciplinary group fostering inter-professional education and capacity building in maternity care. She sits as a committee member on the Committee for Interdisciplinary Support and Education for the British Columbia Reproductive Care Program. Dr. Hall is also part of a team to develop case-based learning for health sciences students at UBC and to develop clinical learning units in acute care settings. Her research area focuses on the transition to parenting. |
